Magnanimous Media is a Chicago-based company that rents film equipment and studio space to people who make films. I was hired by them to design their e-commerce site, which they use to rent the equipment locally and throughout the U.S. My role involved all steps of design, from research through delivery of PSD files to the developers. This included UX, UI and visual design work, and the creation of every single page state and visual interface on the website.
Easy navigation and the ability to find, select, and rent what you are looking for, were the ultimate goals of this project. However, I was also asked to work on a brand update, which included refinement of their preexisting logo and the creation of a simple style guide.
Today, they reach out to me frequently to help them design their mailers.
