Welcome to my portfolio.

Here I have some of the UX deliverables that I have recently produced for the startup I am a part of, Napses.

These deliverables include journey maps, user flows and wire-fames.

This work is valuable to my team members because it helped them understand how the user would engage with the app we are building while expressing the app specification that would later be useful to our developers.

The process of building these assets involved using card sorts, conducting interviews with users, collecting data and analyzing it, to understand how the features should be built, and how the users would organically interact with it.

  I talk to people who need help with computers and proceed to help them out.
  
  I helped with the redesign of the agent facing experience by designing wireframes for internal tool redesigns.
  
  I also participated in Hack Week by gathering a team care agents, finance specialist and marketing specialist and validated a product idea and pitch based on customer research. Built a clickable prototype for visual design won multiple awards during the hack week competing against over 100 teams that were primarily comprised of designers and engineers.
