Whilst at Furniture Village I have demonstrated that I can deliver results and maintain high retail standard's in line with the brands ethos and values. This role is field based which means I am responsible for 7 stores across the North East region. I am responsible for all the visual standards within each store which also includes challenging how each store performs and giving training where necessary.
