Responsibilities
Responsible for anything graphics related for Cardone Training Technologies Inc. (CTTI) and for Grant Cardone TV: Whatever It Takes Network (GCTV).

Show & web banner for both CTTI & GCTV, thumbnails for web content range from shows to products to banners.

I've created the Quick Read series of books for Grant Cardone's books, Sell or be Sold, If your not First your Last, 10X Rule and Closer Survival Guide.

I've been a huge part of GCTV from its conception till now. The creative department (myself included) brainstormed its aesthetic, it's functionality, it's colors and logo. All graphics were created by myself and my other colleagues.

I also take care of GCTV show schedule (we currently run 28 shows as of now) and social media. I run multiple Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Google+ accounts on Hootsuite, Everypost & Tweet Jukebox for both CTTI AND GCTV. All infographics and social media graphics and created by me for CTTI and GCTV.

As a creative designer at Redline Media Group I'm tasked with creating ads, eblast, e-campaignes, posters and more. Redline's clients demand great work and that's what we give them. We build out the main poster/duratran and once that's approved by the client we flush out all the collateral needed for that event/campaigne. Collateral consists of/but is not limited to eblasts, web banners, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, magazine ads, different sized poster/duratrans and the occasional invite when they are requested.

Programs used are part of Adobe Creative Suite 6: Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.

I rebuild paper forms that doctor practices or hospitals use to record their patients data and make them electronic replicas of the original. My job is to also enhance that form(s) in order to make their workflow faster and more efficient.

I use C# coding to make controls used in the form dynamic. (I can hide controls, make verbiage out of what was filled out from the form etc.)

When assigned a project I set up an initial called whom ever was appointed forms lead at the hospital or doctors practice and explain our process, demo existing forms so they can see what we are capable of doing and over all ensuring that our product is everything and more and instill security in them.

There's constant communication between the client and I regarding the form in order for us to make sure the end product they receive is what they paid for.

Graphic Designer

Handled my bosses personal and professional calender and travel schedules. Handled incoming calls as well as made the outgoing calls. Created forms and spreadsheets in MS Excel and word, made power point presentations etc.

I also handled the graphic design and marketing aspect of the company, which included email campaigns using constant contact magazine ads in Luxe, Florida Design and other Design magazines. Help with their showroom branding. That included email campaigns, website design, business cards etc. I also handled the company calendar and scheduled meetings, visits and all kinds of other great things.

Cleaned the stock room, received truck and processed the merchandise, did floor sets and visuals. I also worked on the floor as a sales rep and helped customers and ran the register.

Managed an 8 person team, turned in daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the departments status of work coming in versus work flowing out. Handled the calling coming in from unhappy customers as well as questions etc. Used Adobe CS4 to create proofs for customer to approve.

Designed their in house labels and labels for other companies as well.
