During the past thirty eight years I have earned extensive experience in innovative design practices, for domestic and international brands. As a well-rounded emotional and validation professional designer and stylist, my strong multidisciplinary attributes have brought me through various distinctive industrial design processes. I was offered and presented by SJSU to teach a class in the design program. - Primary function to educate senior level design students in the professional industries through design processes with necessary concepts and understanding methodologies in becoming professional designers. - Educating contemporary high design validation processes and primary principles, with the addition in safety and correct/precise usage of hand tools and shop machines. - Incubating and implementing out of the box thinking, and generating very fast design mockup concepts, with found objects and off-the-shelves parts, "looks like/works like", (1 hour per concept). - Introducing various prototyping development exercises, that strongly focus on varied intricate fine design details, accuracy, precision, placement and refinement, while building the students' knowledge, skills, and confidence. - Introducing successfully proven brainstorming sessions and ideation, with additional human factors expertise into the classroom.
