I recently graduated from the Fashion Design program at Blanche Macdonald Centre and I learned a lot about the fashion industry from designing collections to producing patterns to muslins to the final garments, Also, I have been volunteering at various Fashion shows in town. What I can bring to the industry is the motivation and creativity to make unique designs and to meet the goals.

My journey with Blanche Macdonald has taught me how to be me and to express my feelings and thoughts through my work.The experience with the school has been supplemeted by intensive work and practice: in pattern drafting, garment construction, textiles, arts and illustrations. Through Blanche Macdonald Centre, I met friends and creative people who inspired me and motivated me to be myself, without their support and knowledge I'm not here right now chasing my big dream in Vancouver City. I just showed my graduation collection last december and I can say that it has been a challenging but yet a good learning journey and I know in the end every work I put into my work will be worthwhile.

To me, Fashion is my life, it's fascinating and creative. It is personality. It means being able to express yourself one hundred percent and influencing other people through your work and passion. I just hope, in five years I see my clothes and designs in a store looking fabulous.
