Primary responsibilities - Collaborating with Product Marketing Managers, Retailers and Vendors, conceptualized and designed packaging for video game software and hardware which included multiplatform and peripherals for the U.S., Canadian and European markets using multi-lingual packaging where appropriate. Redesigned and localized foreign packaging for the U.S. gaming market. Developed advertising for industry magazines, designed tradeshow graphics, and provided creative direction for photography shoots including product beauty shots, location shoots and journalistic. Procured and managed service vendors such as printers, photographers and illustrators. Organized and maintained the project work flow system for the creative services department.

America Primary responsibilities - Managed the daily operations and workflow of the Creative Services department. Managed the in-house design team, contract ad agencies, outsourced vendors, and photographers for the creation of Intellectual Property assets, product packaging and collateral. Successfully launched 19 PlayStation game titles on schedule. Liaised with Marketing, Retail, Sales, Legal and Promotions departments as well as contract vendors to develop creative marketing brand strategies throughout the various retail seasons. Working with contract photographers, story boarded concepts and supervised product photo shoots to assure quality and brand integrity adhered to standards. Managed the departmental budget for all projects. Attended remote press checks to assure print quality on all packaging and collateral. Managed all branded and licensed digital assets such as corporate logos, character key art, product beauty shots and digital screen captures. Created, developed and managed the "first" standardized PlayStation brand Corporate style-guide for the U.S. territory through integration with Sony Japan and Europe counterparts for worldwide corporate identity standardization. Collaborated with designers, fabrication and construction vendors in the design and creation of the company tradeshow booth.
