KEY SKILLS AND RESPONSIBLITIES
• Delivering an average of 300 unique styles per month across Women’s and Menswear
• Leading daily / weekly team meetings and checks to assign tasks and follow progress as per TNA plan
• Manage a team of 12-15 merchandise and sampling staff
• Stitching, embroidery and printing Departments Supervision
• Recruit, train and strengthen new workforce in my team
• Design Graphics using Corel Draw and Photoshop/Illustrator
• Develop complete collection of prints and embroidery ranges
• Study fashion trends and forecast designs that will appeal to buyers
• Select fabrics, embellishments, colors, or style for each garment or accessory
• Prepare ERP (WFX) system reports for all developments
• Maintain WIP reports for customers and internal review
• Handle buyers through Meetings, presentations and visits
• Participate in Business Development, Sales and Marketing activities
• Product Costing and Price negotiation with Factories
• Market designs to clothing retailers or directly to consumers
• Being a creative problem solver and providing input to product improvement and construction methods
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Production & Technical Design to achieve product execution and maintain design integrity
COMPUTER SKILLS
