Oversight of content strategy and all content production for consumer-facing and internal communications of Loews Hotels & Resorts, including the brand desktop and mobile websites, mobile app, print and digital advertising, email communications, on- property collateral, distribution channels, Loews Magazine, the Loews blog and brand/property social media. Responsible for copy and photo content of all formats, and collaborated with partner agencies on copywriting, tag lines, SEO and UX.

Wrote SEO-friendly content on new hotels and travel trends for these top-ranking Conde Nast Digital websites. Was a daily writer from 2010-2011.

Directed content strategy for new cruise travel website owned by LVMH, including production of 750 pages of content and 60 destination videos. Assigned and edited all copy, managed SEO copywriting and oversaw roll-out of brand voice across all channels.

Project editor—editing, proofreading, writing—for Onboard Media's client publications. Clients included Carnival Cruise Lines, Princess Cruises and Caesar's Entertainment.
