Ryan Leech

With a wide ranging background in work experience and academic work, I bring a diverse breadth of knowledge that gives me a more thorough understanding of the world and human patterns. My strong suits include analytic thinking, rapid learning, research, leadership, digital design, collaboration, and ideation.

I thrive on collaborations and visual thinking. I am a keen observer by nature, fascinated by our physical world and spatial relationships (enhanced by a Geography degree), and carry this spatial mindset into my creative world. I prefer the window seat.

Beyond that, designing and building objects is truly satisfying, along with all of the failures, learning, and squiggly-line process that comes with doing it right.
