I challenge, inspire and motivate my students to actively participate in all aspects of their educational process. I stress that is it not just to submit an assignment to fulfill a requirement, but it is to embrace the opportunity to make a statement. I enhance the curriculum on an individual and collective student basis. This allows each student to work independently, discovering who they are as an artist/designer and how to work collaboratively in group dynamic.

Maintain quality, review shop drawings, submittals and RFI's. Managed the interior design documentation scope of work for standard and custom units.
