 Reviewing construction document, specifications, material and finishes to determine compliance in quality and design

 Delivering presentations to clients and key stakeholders based on conceptual sketches followed by working drawings for execution

 Attain approval of all samples in context to layouts, designs, finishes etc. from client before finalizing the production schedule and raising purchase orders

 Arrange meetings with manufacturers to point out and solve technical issues in manufacturing processes and receive proposals. Do technical modifications in concept designs within the manufacturing constraints

 Effective Site management that involved solving design related issues

 Planning and co-ordinating for selection of furniture and finishes

 Designing and detailing of furniture development

 Conducting regular site visits for audits and quality inspection and Supervise the execution of the project till completion and successful hand over
 Coordinating with several stake holders including finance, operations, logistics, consultants and client representatives

 Identifying and developing vendors for material procurement, improved product quality and reduced lead time

 Maintaining excellent relations with clients to augment further business generation. Generate quotes for several clients (BOQs, RFA, RFI & RFQ) and enter into negotiation to finalize deals.
