Easy Home Theatre System
Through user research and field studies, it was identified that setting-up a Philips Home Theatre system was a big problem for the end users. Setting all the speakers correctly and getting all the settings right the first time was not easy. This triggered us to do a design thinking workshop with end users and through design research we uncovered the pain points which later were translated to a design solution. This also involved a close interaction with the engineering team who developed the patented algorithm for this solution.
