Fashion and footwear design are my passion! With over 10 years of diversified creative experience, I have acquired a deep understanding of the retail industry and product development process. I am a creative thinker with an exceptional fashion sense and a strong understanding of brand positioning. I have an eye for emerging fashion trends and the ability to interpret those trends in new and exciting ways, developing unique yet commercial ideas that still support the brand’s essence. I have experience in all stages of product development, including shopping major markets, concept and design review, presentation boards, sketching, CAD design/color-ups, detailing and product entry, overseeing prototype corrections and sample development in China, attending trade shows and customer meetings, working with retailers and sales teams to develop product based on specific needs. I have had the unique opportunity of developing product for a wide range of competitive price points, working with high-end department stores as well as mid-tier and discount retailers.
