Tasked with rebranding firms’ PowerPoint presentations and creating a new PPT template adhering to brand guidelines. Working side-by-side with the Chief Marketing Offcer to visually improve the content/messaging and overall formatting of presentations as well as other pre-existing marketing materials. Collaborates with other channels throughout the frm to create and update invites, ads, brochures, booth banners and thought leadership pieces.

Successfully translated branding guidelines and marketing strategies into thoughtful, InDesign innovative design concepts. Responsible for creating marketing materials (sales presentations, invites, special event ads, white papers, etc.) for the client service team, sales team and product managers. Efficiently produced materials on a quarterly basis Illustrator and gathered data provided by the performance team to update existing templates while multi-tasking ad-hoc design projects from concept to completion. Effectively coordinated and lead briefing meetings to present concepts and collaborate with Photoshop our internal clients.

Responsible for formatting, charting and graphing of client-related PowerPoint pitch books and slide show presentations used to educate and generate new business. Directly interacted with portfolio managers and product specialists in regards to updating and formatting of green papers, white papers, annual reports/brochures as well as other quarter-end marketing materials.
