About
I am a professional illustrator, with experience in character design and story telling. In 2013 I graduated from the North Wales school of Art and Design at Glwndwr University with a degree in Graphic Novel illustration. Since then I have become an educator, helping others to develop their own creative skills and portfolios, as well as working freelance on private commissions, exhibited work and sold prints. I have experience working traditionally and digitally, ranging from drawing and sculpting, to digital illustration, animation, and typography.

BA Hons in Graphic Novel Illustration IllustratiomNorth Wales School of art and design2010 - 2013I studied Graphic novel illustration, graduating with a 2.1. While my degree specialised in the art of sequential story telling, it taught important transferable skills, from character designs and layouts, to grids and and typography. The bulk of my work produced was digital, and much of it was designed for print.

Diploma Art and DesignWirral Metropolitan Collage2009 - 2010I studied for a foundation diploma in Art and Design at Wirral Metropolitan Collage, graduating with a distinction. I studied a wide range of areas, using traditional media and digital media, improving and building on drawing and design skills. Towards the end of my course I chose to study in the area of graphic design and animation.

My primary role is working on the Handimals stand, a kiosk that produces souvenir art from customers hand prints, and changes them into paintings of animals. I interact with customers to understand what they want, take orders and payments, as well as taking prints, and lining the art work to the specifications of their orders.
