University Village Dorms, Hayward, CA - 2012
The University Village Apartment Complex was a construction and remodel project that was to be designed keeping the needs of students in mind, given the close proximity to Cal-State East Bay.
The abandoned building was revitalized by changing the interior layout and flow of spaces, striping out old interiors and updating it with fresh furniture configurations, redesigning and constructing the exterior landscaping and campus spaces.
The result is a vibrant and inviting complex that attracts the youth and provides them with 3 different sized unit options, entertainment areas, a business center, beautiful outdoor and barbecue areas and a place to collaborate and thrive.
