Healy Awards makes The Nations Toughest Football Helmet Decals, Plaques, Signs, Boards, and much more. Since joining the Healy team I have enjoyed designing some really cool projects including chrome half helmet concepts, Lacrosse helmet full graphic wraps and team store apparel.
Working with primarily Semi-Pro sports teams, major universities and high schools nationally has been very rewarding. I have been privileged to have designed work for BigTen universities and countless Division 1 NCAA collegiate athletic programs.
There's an enormous sense of pride knowing that virtually any time I can flip on the tv and catch a game and see something that I worked on.

In his 10+ years of experience in the design and marketing world he has worked in multiple aspects of creative services from art direction and design to sales,marketing and production.

Areas of expertise include art direction, strategy, graphic design, copywriting, branding, typography, illustration, web and package design and advertising.

Tony has experience in Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign,Dreamweaver, Flexi-Sign Pro, Onyx Poster Shop preflight software, Microsoft Office , experience operating solvent and UV curable wide format printers.

Brilliant DPI is a Milwaukee based 30+ year old graphics resource that stands on it's reputation for delivering high quality printed marketing materials, signs, wide format graphics, tradeshow displays, vehicle wraps, and graphic design.

The center of my duties were serving as Lead Designer working on everything from logo design to tradeshow displays for clients as well as outside sales and in-house marketing strategy. In addition to the marketing platform I assisted in managing the companies image as a Social Media Brand Ambassador, creating custom campaigns and contests to engage clients and further expand company growth.

Since 2004 Sign Synergy has designed and installed thoughtful indoor and outdoor architectural signs, wall graphic murals, point of purchase display, tradeshow booths and vehicle graphics. In addition to their collection of amazing sign and digital print work, Sign Synergy delivers high integrity graphic design solutions for small and medium sizes businesses including logo design and corporate stationery packages.

Faithfully serving in roles such as Senior Designer and Project Manager at Sign Synergy I worked first hand with key decision makers in the building, medical and technology industries. Working in simpatico with clients wish lists I consistently provided creative vision, strategy and execution of the creative process and final production. While managing building projects and installations I also was a cornerstone to marketing the company's vision through social media and email marketing campaigns.

Mars music (Music and Recording Superstore) was a national chain that provided a vast selection of music instruments and pro audio equipment. The company paradigm offered a large retail environment, a recording studio, and a performance stage, all with the slogan "We love when you touch the stuff."

While part of the MARS team Tony managed and distributed a $1.2 million inventory of professional music and recording equipment. In tandem with managing the day-to-day operations at the Brown Deer location he also served as traveling associate assisting the MARS construction/set-up crew in constructing new locations implementing warehouse systems and training warehouse staff.
