My duties also included the supervision and direction of the agency staff of 10 people, mailroom personnel, and an entire in-house, offset print shop. I conducted brainstorming sessions, presented concepts, held weekly status meetings and created status reports for upper management. Working as a team, the upper management and I set specific goals and I achieved all of them, on time and within budget.

I introduced the Macintosh computer system and its abilities to this traditional, very conservative agency and accomplished all of my goals and more.
