1. Leading Design Development process with coordinating Design Team and executing in production .
2. Designing women's wear , Developing concept and creating sketch according to fashion forecast (WGSN )/ trend with reference of internet medium and magazine .
3.sketching , specification sheet , Design development /sampling to final production.
4.Well versed in hand/machine embroidery , prints & styling .
5.Development of digital print with creative surface technique .
6.Exploration of block print , tie & dye , batik in new style of surfacing .
7. merchandising , sourcing and buying for product development and production
8.Maintaining good relation with vendors to generate avenue for further business .

10. Knowledge of Digital marketing , E commerce marketing , Social media management sale & promotion , coordinating photo shoot and editing .
