User experience research, strategy, and design. I help users and businesses dance.

During the day I help my team at Operable build Cog. Cog is a framework that brings a developer's CLI into chat so that DevOps teams can more efficiently collaborate, learn, and share experiences in chat (i.e. ChatOps). In order to build Cog, I conduct qualitative research, examine product-market fit, move pixels, write some code, think through business strategy with Mark Imbriaco and Kevin Smith, chat with our community, share findings with the team, and continuously sketch low fidelity prototypes for collaboration.

At night and on the weekend, I do some of the above mentioned "work", and can be found going on adventures with my young kids, running the trails around ATL, taking my lovely better half on silly dates, and interviewing the world through my side project, EmpathyLab.io.

    Hugs and high fives,
