Managing, scheduling and training a growing team of 11; Coordinating production work between self-service clients, Virtual Event Managers and VEPs; Compiling and integrating content deliverables into complete and effective virtual events using a robust SaaS solution; Bug tracking, escalation and prioritization through direct meetings with Israeli support and R&D teams; Technical risk mitigation; Upkeep of current production-related documentation; Coordinating and conducting User Acceptance Training (UAT) for new version releases; Media production (audio and video media) optimization for Live and On-Demand Streaming; SSO (Single Sign-On) Integration configuration via SAML and proprietary APIs
