Cubefused – Alarm Clock

Cubefused is an alarm clock which uses the human brain’s natural ability to wake up through engaging the frontal lobe of the brain which organizes responses to complex problems, plans steps to an objective, searches memory for relevant experience, adapts strategies to accommodate new data, and houses working memory. When the alarm sounds, the sequence begins. A random series of lights flash around the object creating a unique password so the user does not become familiar with a certain sequence. The user must use their memory to touch the areas that lit up sequentially in order for the alarm to turn off. By the time the sequence it complete and the alarm stops, the user is awake.
