My passions include creating deep knowledge through customer research, developing insights and trend forecasts, and synthesizing the outcomes into creative business proposals for new products or services. The key learnings inform both near-term and future innovation opportunities by identifying value propositions and presenting business cases that create wins for both the client and end users.
I believe that time invested in ethnographic research provides the building blocks for discovery. I have spent many 20+ hour days following users, documenting tasks that comprise their day, and having conversations about their experiences. All done to truly empathize with the people who perform unique and demanding jobs every day.
