Kidswear Projects
-With Munch Designworx on various design projects, including Hello Kitty for India for SS-11,which was across the girls category from toddlers to teens.Developed,sketched and gave specification sheets for the same in adherence to a T&A plan.
Womenswear Project

Design Manager, Women’s Westernwear, Home and Accessories,Reliance Trends.
Heading the womens westernwear design team for the private labels DNMX, TEAMSPIRIT and RIO.
Job Responsibilities -Deriving and presenting the Trend forecast and direction for Western Womenswear at Reliance Trends, with the Head of Design.
-Role and input in the strategy for Womens Westernwear at Reliance Trends, with the Head of Design and the Category Team.
-Managing a team of designers and liaising with support functions such as technical design and sampling, merchandising to deliver a competent and cohesive line.
-Working with Buyers as well as Sourcing for smooth production transition of the line.
-Secondary functions include coordinating with other design teams as well as managing junior designers within the Reliance design team.
-Mentoring trainees as well as interns twice every year.
-Liaising with the Marketing team for magazine write-ups, campaign shoot ideas and other marketing activities for Western Womenswear.

-Worked as Sr. Designer- Casual wear, Sportswear.-For the brands Cherokee, Edge(As part of the Megamart Design Team for Arvind Retail)
Overseeing all product categories of Tops-Knits/Wovens,Bottoms- Denim/Non Denim,Winterwear-Jackets/Sweaters, Leading the Cherokee design team and overseeing Conceptualization, product development, prototyping, & smooth production transition for Menswear, Womenswear and Kidswear.In this capacity, was involved in every aspect of launching and producing a cohesive line for the market, ranging across the age group of 25 and up(Mens’ & Womens’),18-25(Mens’ & Womens’ Jeanswear),2-12(Kidswear),Infantswear.
Job Responsibilities included Sourcing product/Vendor management/In-Store Merchandising /Pre-emptive range planning.

Designer, Color Plus Woman, Work profile included handling woven bottoms,denim,jackets and accessories, from conceptualization to prototyping and gold sealing stage.

Asst Design Manager-Allen Solly Womenswear, Madura Garments, Bangalore. Work profile included handling all woven categories- tops, bottoms and denim, from conceptualization to prototyping and gold sealing stage-which included spec sheets , fabric indents,fabric sourcing,sampling and follow up till gold seal stage.

Design Manager-Licensee Brands,Primus Brands Pvt. Ltd. formerly Primus Clothing Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore
Work profile included overseeing Conceptualization, product development, prototyping, & smooth production transition, of complete Mtv Clothing & Accessories(Men&Women) range. Led a team of 4 designers, working on apparel and accessories for MTV as well as other Licensee brands.
Job Responsibilities included --Decision making on Retail, Brand Identity, Visual Merchandising as well as interactions with the MTV Channel offices in Mumbai and New York, on design, distribution and copyright issues.
