Responsible for private brand seasonal strategy, develop creative concepts, standardize and maintain brand style guides, build project plans, and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables on over 1,000 SKUs, and 100's of vendors. Manage a team consisting of Production Coordinators and Graphic Artists. Responsible for the sourcing, owning, directing, and managing the relationship of multiple creative agencies. Drive brand strategy, creative brand direction, and production art process, with the goal of driving consistency and enhancing overall packaging and in-store presence. Strong collaboration with key stakeholders in Merchandising (inclusive of CMO, SVP, and VP), Private Brand Business Teams, Global Sourcing, Quality Assurance, and Marketing, in addition to Third Party Agencies.

Supervise private brand project coordinators and programs and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables on over 3,000 SKUs, and 100's of vendors. Communicate item/program details with key stakeholders in Merchandising, Private Brand Business Teams, Global Sourcing, Quality Assurance, and Marketing, in addition to Third Party Agencies. Manage weekly packaging art approval process. Lead efforts to develop product comps for visual presentations delegating to project coordinators as appropriate, guide project coordinators and art agencies through design challenges not otherwise solved in style guides. Coach, train and mentor project coordinators.

Color correct photos under tight deadlines for web and print with critical color correction to match team colors in all sports. Highly proficient creating clip paths. Develop production templates and brand style sheets. Design and create illustrations for web and print. Retouch and restore archive photos and covers for online sales. Collect and preflight layouts for correct specs before sending files to printer. Archive and store files of completed images and layouts. Approve all files using a virtual proof system. Main contact for ad materials from various vendors. Preflight all ads to assure proper specs for web and print. Conduct conference calls with printer to assure quality is maintained each week. Assist in photo editing for web and print and photo assistant on various photo shoots. Color mange and calibrate department monitors to assure correct color is maintained for our for press checks. Operate and maintain Fuji 6250 drum scanner.
