Developed and maintained project plans and supplier timelines for custom primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging. Managed entire component tooling processes to launch premium brand nail enamel, Essie in consumer product market. Developed custom secondary and tertiary packaging for all Account Specific programs for customers such as Wal-mart, Target, and Walgreens.

Managed entire packaging artwork approval process from concept to launch for all L’Oreal Paris hair care and hair color projects. Collaborated with Marketing, Creative, Packaging, Research and Innovation, Claims, and Legal to create interdisciplinary approach to produce technical and written content for all hair color and care artwork. Developed and managed the pre-production release of artwork and preparation for component suppliers. Aided in development and pilot of electronic routing system for artwork approval.

Produced photography and graphic layouts showcasing end of year Global Packaging for world-wide distribution. Conceptual package development for the Gatorade brand team. Developed prototypes of new design for focus groups. Developed three living documents for competitive research, sustainable practices, and annual operating plans.
