Since starting work for Engine House Media 2 years ago I have been producing, designing and modernising new and existing magazine titles. Apart from creating new magazine brands and advertising for businesses accross the UK I oversee design quality write editorial for advertising and articles and teach staff members design and print related software. I also create web banners, buttons and update content in addition to managing and implementing photo shoots.

My role as the sole designer for 'Linux User & Developer' magazine involved working closely with the editor and writers, designing the layout and illustrations for over 100 pages within four and three week deadlines. In addition I covered some design and layout on 'Retro Gamer' and 'Web Designer' magazines.

As a temporary member of the artwork team my responsibilities included checking, proofing and preparing advertising material for print. Clients included LV= Insurance, Tefal, Barclaycard and Lakeland.

As part of the creative team my duties included developing digital illustrations and presentations for luxury landscape gardens throughout Portugal and Madeira. Presentations included hand rendered landscape proposals and technical elevations of new buildings and irrigation systems.

Responsible for the design, layout and output of publications including Windows Made Easy, PC First Aid, XPert, Cube Solutions and Practical Web Projects.
