• Develop fitness equipment (treadmills, exercise bikes, etc.) from concept to production. Use digital sketching for exploration of concepts while implementing visual brand languages. Execute concepts with 3D modeling using Rhino to produce physical models and provide CAD data to engineers. Collaborate with project managers and international engineering department to fine-tune finalization of designs.
• Work on projects in the Advanced Development Group to explore and conceptualize future products. Conduct design research, create concepts, and present findings to marketing, project management, and design staff.
• Produce photo realistic renderings and 360° animations of current products using Rhino, VRay, and Bongo.

• Supported design staff on various research, product design, and packaging projects for clients, including SC Johnson, GE, and Nike.
• Conducted market research on packaging and houseware products, as well as research on existing and future technologies. Developed concepts through digital and hand sketching, 3D Rhino modeling, and Keyshot renderings. Demonstrated concepts with storyboarding using Illustrator.

• Worked directly with the VP of Design and Industrial Designers on various office furniture projects.
• Supported the design work of the Signature Lounge series with hand sketching, 3D modeling using Rhino/Alias, and Hypershot renderings.

• Worked simultaneously on multiple projects with the Creative Directors, Industrial Designers, and the Mechanical Engineer for clients including Homedics, Chicago Cutlery and others. Project duties included brainstorming meetings with clients, digital sketching, 3D Rhino modeling, Hypershot renderings, and physical modeling involving ergonomics.
• Contributed material and eco-friendly research to the company’s developing database.
