The role strives to balance the user experience with the developer experience, both empowering the team to write great code, whilst ensuring that doesn’t detrimentally harm the user experience.

Design, art direction, UI/UX and front end development for web, social and paid media. Helping to develop solutions for web personalization and account based marketing. Working closely with development team on accessibility and performance optimization as well as with larger team on SEO and analytics.

Leads multiple project teams in all aspects of creative development of complex print, web, experiential, social, email and video projects

Leads designers, art directors, writers, producers and developers in order to meet project expectations creating high value, creative user experiences

Hands on web design and development including UI/UX, web typography, image compression, code optimization, performance testing and web server management

Communicates with web producers, information architects and developers to coordinate website strategy, creative execution, UI design and content management as they pertain to web functional specifications

Understands target audience requirements and translates to team actions that enhance development of creative approaches and solutions

Prepares documentation describing how message architecture, concept, and design reflect the outlined communication strategy and audience

Maintains consistent brand identity across all media for multiple Fortune 500 brands

Provides quality assurance for all creative deliverables

Develops high-end business development presentations which include; concept, writing, pitching and creative execution

Manages staff and determines appropriate coordination needs for freelance and other consultant needs

Mentors and inspires creative staff

Develops and manages budgets effectively
