Jason Stroud

The inspiration for this restaurant's design is from the building's use during the Second World War as a female-run Bren gun factory. From large throw cushions with with historic images of women working in factories to industrial numbers painted on concrete pillars, the 6,400 square foot space echoes the history of the space with warm reclaimed woods and metals, including a chandelier made of Bren gun replicas that hangs in the centre of the bar.
