Surfacemonkey for Lacrosse Helmet
Quick 3D Modelling in Alias, exported through Solidworks, to complete a design for a Lacrosse helmet.
Had to account for the engineering on this as well, creating accurate nominal wall thickness for production on all surfaces. Draft and parts lines, reinforcement bosses and thru-hole placement.
CAD modelling involved most every aspect of the helmet, from the fit-system to the face cage, protective inner liner, strapping locations and fasteners.
Finally figured out how to get Alias & Solidworks to play nice together.
