Susan Stirling

My focus is the intersection of design and business. I am a recent graduate of the Institute of Design at IIT in Chicago. After working as a design manager in the publishing industry, I returned to school to learn the tools and methods to improve products, services and customer experiences. As a designer, I am a problem solver. I manage people as well as projects. I understand, and have grown comfortable with, ambiguity in complex projects.
