The collection of fabrics reflects the colours of vintage cars and the textural quality of rusted iron.
The colour palette.
These samples for shirting fabrics, are woven with a cotton warp and weft, while trying to keep the checks and stripes ' young'.
Woven stripes to serve as co-ordinates and details.
Samples developed to explore textures.
Wovens to serve as bottom weights, while adding subtle textures.

The brief for this project was to develop a collection of fabrics, for the menswear collection of Van Heusen, targeting the modern Indian man. The concept for the collection was based on the theme - vintage - old objects, either valued and preserved, or disposed and reused.
