• Execute construction administrative services as a member of an HOK Chicago design team during the construction of the William Eckhart Research Center at the University of Chicago, a 277,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility with a $170 million GMP.
• Responsible for effectively communicating and coordinating the construction direction between the general contractor, subcontractors, designers, consultants, and engineers, ensuring an efficient, lean, and collaborated building construction effort.
• Manage the project’s central Revit model, compiled sheets, and specifications in preparation for regularly issued bulletins, incorporating revisions and updates to construction documents, architectural schedules, products and materials.
• Analyze architectural and construction challenges on a daily basis, develop creative design solutions, generate building renderings, review product submittals and shop drawings, coordinate door hardware, answer RFIs, manage various logs, and create punch lists.

• Collaborated with fast-paced project management teams to develop construction document sets of prototypical retail build-outs and new restaurant designs, regularly meeting challenging project schedules and managing workflow.
• Responsible for efficiently working with developers, landlords, and building code officials to fast track the construction process. Also successfully presented conceptual 3D models to clients, proposing alternative architectural solutions.
• Developed an original Revit model of a defined prototype store design for implementation into practice by the firm.

• Prepared and managed architectural documents for new residential and commercial adaptive reuse projects.
• Managed project administration duties, conducted existing building surveys, researched municipal codes, specified products and materials, and developed both physical and computer-generated models for presentations to clients.
