At ekids, Actively leading the transformation of our Amazon storefront, focusing on enhancing both the user interface and overall customer experience across over 200 product listings. I began my role with a comprehensive analysis of the kids electronics market and adapted our Amazon strategies to streamline the shopping process, reducing clicks and scrolling. My contributions include introducing user-friendly banners tailored for both children and parents, and developing distinctive branding for over 40 brands. I also crafted a unified brand narrative for all our listings and established a new section for A+ premium content. Additionally, I ensure the design of the e-commerce site is mobile-friendly, with optimized graphics and banners that enhance accessibility and visual appeal on mobile devices. I manage video production by coordinating with freelancers to maintain alignment with our licensors’ standards, oversee the enhancement of A+ content, and optimize product copy to leverage search algorithms effectively. These initiatives have collectively resulted in a 20% increase in sales, significantly enhancing our market presence and consumer engagement on Amazon.
