Responsible for all aspects of Canon’s content and digital marketing programs, including but not limited to PPC, SEO, display advertising, display re-targeting, qualitative & quantitative research, social, video marketing, creative development, user experience, and customer journey mapping with funnel and remarketing strategy. Created and executed multi-channel strategies for customer acquisition and lead nurturing to connect with target audiences. Reporting to the CMO, I focused on achieving continuous, improved marketing performance.

Tasked with establishing and leading the North American user experience team for Mindtree’s Fortune 500 clients, including AIG, Aon, American Express, Johnson & Johnson, Marriott International, Procter & Gamble, Avis Budget Group, and Kodak. Participated in new business presentations, while ensuring the agency’s vision, growth, and profitability.

Determined the strategic direction of all digital marketing campaigns for the world's largest residential real estate sales organization, serving as the subject matter expert on the interplay between the various interactive marketing disciplines. Responsibilities encompassed managing virtually all areas of B2C marketing, including Century21.com (42M unique users a month), microsites, mobile, email marketing, SEM, SEO, display advertising, and social media channels.

Effectively led cross-functional and cross-organizational teams in defining, implementing, and supporting key digital strategies and product initiatives that helped drive growth, innovation, customer loyalty, and increased brand awareness.
