3D Custom Residential Designer

•Using Tilson's pre-existing designs and modifying the designs to the customer request.

•Responsible for creating loan developments, PDF plans, pre-audit plans, FPK plans, final plans, check prints to give to the job costing department to review the cost of materials and to the builders for construction and assembly

•Taking the customers 2D plan and creating a 3D model for materials take-off.

•Responsible for creating construction document using VisionRez

•Responsible for framing interior and exterior studs, ceiling joists, engineered beams, hangers, strong backs, roof rafters, collar ties, struts, and purlins for BOM's (Bill of Materials)

• Create custom homes by taking pre-existing base plans and modifying the plans per salesmen request.

• Create new 3D base plans by taking old 2D plans and redrafting the houses in VisionREZ.

• Responsible for making scheduling sheets for bids by calculating the amount of materials in the floor plans and exterior elevation walls.

• Responsible for creating design developments, plot plans, preliminary plans, pre-audit plans, final plans, and bidsets to give to the estimating department and to archive the plans for future references.

Create construction documents for development of commerical, residential and
mixed use projects.
• Assist in revise and touch-up for visual rendering of new development and de-
signs.
• Structure and organize project management for each project to keep consist-
ency.
• Manage the time of each project by consistant revisions

I am an Autocad operator and designer that creates various hotels, motels, mix-use, retail, and custom residential for Paragan Solutions.
