Tresa Meyer-Clark

A graphic artist and surface pattern designer from Michigan. I'm intrigued by Western ornament and art history. My current work includes inspirational whimsical characters. I develop my unique style by creating geometric, floral, and original motifs for products, fabric, wallpaper, and stationery.

Teamed up with graphic artists in a fast pace production environment for the "Nailco Beauty Book" catalog and the "Industry Source" brochure. I was involved with layout and production of pages, as well as retouching fashion photography, various beauty and spa products, and furniture.

Managed each project from concept through press approvals. Designed print material for faculty, staff and the President’s office for various college events. Developed advertising and print strategies to reach a target audience. Organized photo shoots, photographed College events, and retouch photos. Projects included, a newsletter produced twice a month. Admissions department brand architecture, view book and recruitment web ads. Continuing education department direct-mail brochures, billboard and magazine ads. The annual alumni magazine Contact, and the annual donor report magazine.

Freelance designer working in tandem with account representatives at advertising agencies and corporations to continually further the growth of their clients. Projects included: garden retail advertising circular, photography and drawings of pluming parts and tools, health care drug coupon book, machine tool newsletter, college schedule of classes catalog, Nascar program booklet, retouching photos for toy catalog, fund raising invitation, automobile magazine ad, outdoor and newspaper ads, package design, direct mail and website graphics. Clients: Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Campbell-Ewald, Brass Craft Manufacturing, Compuware, Frank’s Nursery and Crafts, R.J. Conlin, BBDO, Smith-Winchester, Entertainment Publications, Jewish Federation, Washtenaw Community College.
