Patient-Side Clinical Data Gathering - Tablet Version
A port of the phone version of the app, the client wanted to see how a sample screen would look on tablet in landscape mode as well as introduce Matrix-type questions into their questionnaires for their clinical data collection. It is important to note that in both versions, these questionnaires are built on a web-based portal using their graphical study builder tool. I was tasked with designing the configuration tool for the new Matrix question feature using the design library for their web portal.
