Created posters, flyers, brochures, postcards, identification cards and stickers to enhance and professionalize YCUP's printed material. Designed and typeset Mission SF Federal Credit Union quarterly newsletters.

Served as YMCASF Branch Aquatic Auditor and branch Safety Committee Chair. Processed bi-weekly payroll for approximately 50 employees. Processed new hires, terminations, and all employee data changes. Processed employee verifications and garnishments. Processed worker's compensation reports. Designed and maintain revenue and expense budget over program and staffing costs. Worked with members directly on concerns and questions, defuse member and staff altercations.
