Responsibilities :
Developing CAD models and Production Drawing Creation as per customer requirement.
Converting 3D solid models to 2D drawings and assembly of required product
Selection of material for the product
Schedule, allocate and monitor tasks or executing tasks independently
Interacting with representatives at customer end for work related issues.
Design and development of Radial engine(35 cc, 70 cc, 90 cc, 250 cc)
Knowledge in DFMA and manufacturing technology
Design and development of Stirling engine.

Skills Acquired : Designing of Aero Model engines, Stirling engine
Ability to handle precision instruments
Preparation and maintenance of ISO documents
Knowledge in Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerance and
Drafting standards.

Design and Manufacture of Hot Runner Mould); Responsibilities :
Manufacturing of hot runner moulds, rotating core moulds and combination of hot runner and rotating core moulds for precision components (bottle caps for Hindustan Lever Ltd).
Manufacturing of automobile components(for Delphi TVS).
