This web app was created for a TeleComm company to track their customer service performance data.

Keeps track of the history of agents and their performance over the years. This is used by the higher management to keep track of the Customer Service provided by different locations.

My role was to gather the requirements and work on some rough wireframes and eventually provide the visual design/specs for all the user roles and flows.
