Hi!

I’m an architect from the School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi, working as a freelance illustrator specializing in fun, quirky illustrations in a variety of media - pen & ink, watercolor, color pencil, acrylics etc. I also do logos and vector graphics as well as political cartoons.

I’ve been passionate about art and illustration my whole life, which is why I traded in my parallel bar for a pencil. My training as an architect has given me a new understanding and appreciation for lines, planes, shadows and depths and unusual perspectives, which have had a great impact on my artistic style.

I delight in paradoxes, and I’m inspired by a whole smorgasbord of things – everyday occurrences, surrealism and fantasy stories – but more importantly by people and the various thoughts, feelings, emotions and connections that we make and deal with in our daily lives.

I believe art is most impactful when it is personalized and associated with memories, relationships and all the lovely chaos that goes into making us human. I try to bring this personal connect into all my work, be it illustration or graphic design.
