Vanessa Roa

Vanessa Roa is a designer with interests in film, technology, research and narrative platforms. With a Masters in Design and Technology from Parsons School for Design, she has utilized her design and tech savvy for companies such as ABC 7, Cardinal Trade, Macys, Neiman Marcus, Torneau and Victoria's Secret. She has also created web graphics, layouts and designs. In addition, she has also worked in web production, producing animated web banners for Affinia Hotels, exporting videos to Taxicabs in Lincoln Center and designing email sign up forms using Mailchimp. Vanessa also has experience with helping Business to Business companies fine tune their branding identity and develop their social media presence.

Vanessa is also passionate about film, theatre preservation and technology. She created an interactive website that educates the public about the history of Time Square theaters and Avante Garde filmmakers from the Tri-State region. Her ideal next gig is a job where she can balance a variety of projects across a range of mediums. With a background in Illustration, Vanessa is also used her background to fuel her interests in Gaming UI interfaces.
