501-505 Hilson Ave - Luxury Semi-Detached Homes

Designed in 2013 for Maybach Homes
Built in 2014
Square Footage: ~3,200 sqft each
Working with: Susan D. Smith Architect

To meet both the client’s needs and the city’s infill bylaw, these semis take advantage of the corner lot by having each unit face its own street. Both units feature
large windows opening onto the backyard, which overlook Iona Park. The open plan gives access to light and a view of the park from the entire second storey.

The ground floors of each unit were later converted into one-bedroom apartments.
