Working as project architect with experience in all aspects of the architectural practice, and all phases of projects from schematic design through design development, contract administration and project closeout. Projects range from small-scale commercial fit-ups to large-scale industrial buildings. Responsible for conceptual design as well as the development, preparation and ongoing coordination of contract documents (drawings and specifications) with all engineering disciplines. Project management experience for small projects. Assisting project teams in the identification of sustainable design and construction strategies, and managing and completing the LEED® documentation and submittal process for projects aiming for LEED® certification.

Working as project designer from conceptual design development with clients through building permit and construction document preparation. Specializing in modern urban infill homes, especially challenging sites. Involved in minor variance/site plan control applications, site review and post-construction final inspections.

Working on commercial and residential projects throughout the entire design and construction scope. Drafting building permit and construction drawings in AutoCAD. Preparing tender documents, specifications and change orders.
