This was my first project for the Federal Highways Administration. The developer before me had worked on the designs and theme colors and in collaboration with others on the web team and the client before I came onboard as her replacement. Mockups of the project were approved by the client before I came on board.
The development of these pages was very tricky due to the fact that each sections below the home page has a different color theme and a different sized main content div, and the navigation bar is an image. I coded in browser using HTML 4 and CCS3, since that is the latest approved standard the government uses. Where JavaScript was used, my coworkers assisted in the development or else I recycled codes from the existing site. Files were saved in ColdFusion.
