Developed custom training manuals, workbooks, presentations, job aids, training guides, posters, video
and other marketing materials for product service line (PSL) and support services. Collaborated with
subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and clients to produce web-based and instructor-led training projects
within Halliburton University Learning Management System (LMS). Member of Halliburton African -
American Network Forum (HAANF) and Woman Sharing Excellence (WSE).
• Originated and led hands on 2 to 3 day training workshops and classes geared to technical writers
and instructional designers, increasing basic understanding of branding standards and software.
• Managed large creative multimedia team for lengthy project. Organized team project files, weekly
meetings and monitored time management of projects.
• Established rules and guidelines with multimedia team, designing process map for team and client.
• Created open forum for idea expression on department improvements in different areas including
client meeting set-up, joint communication, project deliverables and team building activities.
• Recipient MVP Award for outstanding employee and developed department management incentive
program with recognition for optimal performance.
