Responsible for the look and feel of the product, brand and marketing design of the whole company:
- Designed various versions of the product UI/UX by working closely with the stakeholders, beta customers and product management team.
- Developed a visual identity for the company and designed various marketing assets including the company website, conference booths, banners, flyers, business cards, etc.
- Conducted UX studies to gather feedback and improve the product.
- Actively participated in design integration through CSS/HTML and worked closely with the engineering team using various channels and tools (GIT, Slack, Invision, Whiteboard, etc.)
- Helped identify and validate product directions and opportunities by exploring countless UX/UI concepts through wireframes and rapid prototyping.
- Helped in hiring design talent and build a design team.
- As founder, contributed in less than 3 years to the growth of the company to around 25 people without funding.

Designed beautifully functional and usable interfaces for various clients. Defined and communicated design specifications for production that include information hierarchies, navigation flows and interactive behavior. Created intelligent wireframes that can be turned into click-through prototypes for communication and understanding new concepts. Worked closely with Product Managers and other UX/UI Designers on testing and designing interfaces based on insights gathered from our customers.
